You will be referred to eye specialist and he will most likely mark you as fit after evaluating you.

No. Minimum requirement to join Pakistan Army as an officer for males is 5 feet 4 inches (or 162.5 cms).

If you belong to areas where army allows 55% marks then you can join. Check the official website to see the names of domicile locations.
