Practically, no. AEC officers are hired by Army for specialized purpose and thus it’s rare for them to be allowed to change their arm and go into fighting arms like SSG.

No. Presently females can not join SSG commandos in Pakistan Army.

Yes they can join if they get permission from the medical directorate, which they usually deny due to shortage of doctors and their deployments.
