You can not apply as an officer in Pakistan Army with these marks. You can apply as a soldier.

No you are not eligible for applying for Pakistan Army Long Course. You can repeat fsc and improve your marks.

Sir I have done my matric and fsc(pre medical) from fedralboard. I have got 65% marks in matric and 53% marks in fsc(pre medical) and my home town is Islamabad Am I eligible for long course?

Yes you can apply as a soldier if your marks are low.

If you’re able to register then do it. Then you can discuss with the AS&RC staff to confirm if they have the policy of age waiver for this session too.
