No. It’s a misconception that you need source / reference / pawwa to get commission in Pakistan Army.

Joining Pakistan Army is very easy. The requirements are very low and thus anyone with regular IQ and average physical health can join Army very easily. Thus there is no need of pawwa or reference in the process.
