You will most likely get unfit due to this. But you can apply and get referred to orthopaedics surgeon. If the surgeon gives you fitness then you are fit.

They can refer you to orthopaedics surgeon in CMH. If that surgeon gives you fitness then you can be fit.

Sir. I am trying to get medically fit in Pma 158 long course. . I have an extra finger on one foot and they are creating issue for no reason. I have no problem walking or running. I am perfectly fine. What should I do. Doctor said that surgery may cause problems and may be harmful in future during training. Should I tell that person that referred me in the center. Is it alright

Most likely you will not be able to join. You need to be able to see 6/6 with glasses at least, with both eyes separately.
